		<description>I still think there&#039;s a useful distinction to be made between a &quot;website&quot; (a thing on the web as the generic term) and a &quot;blog&quot; (specifically a website, or part thereof, which involves regular posts and a dialogue through comments).

That said, the &lt;em&gt;tools&lt;/em&gt; used to build them can be the same. While WordPress is a &quot;blogging tool&quot;, there are plenty of non-blog websites built with it.</description>
