Key Focus | Key Process Steps | Key Milestones | Important Things to Do Now
Key focus: Does it make sense for us to do? Is it worth pursuing?
This phase is focused on business benefits and should include a larger group of stakeholders than during the concept phase.
An important element of this phase is the identification of stakeholders and where they are on the spectrum of support for the project. Not all stakeholders need to be openly supportive, but if important stakeholders are visibly negative it can harm the project.
