This was a tasty & easy to prepare dinner last night.
- 1 parcel small beef chipolata sausages (approx 500g @ $5.60)
- 1 jar roasted vegetable pasta sauce (generic brand 100g $3.00)
- Salad – mixed up from whatever was left in the fridge
Cook the sausages in a large baking dish until almost cooked through. Then pour the pasta sauce over and leave in oven until sausages are cooked through.
It took about 30 minutes to cook in my oven on 200 C while I did other stuff & served 4 people.
