1. Many traditional ad/marketing agencies call engagement marketing a non-traditional approach. However, nothing could be further from the truth. Consumers are filled with choices, sometimes even in a small town. So if you don’t take the time to develop a relationship with them through positive brand experiences, you run the risk of getting lost in the war of “which brand can shout the loudest and longest.”

    My village in Tonga is just like that too. Everyone knows everyone even your cousins in Germany, USA or New Zealand.
