There is a great deal of advice about how to achieve things. There is even a system called Getting Things Done™️ or the Pomodoro technique. I have flirted with many techniques over the years (and I just lose lists) but it all comes down to one thing.
Do one thing each day towards your goal. At the end of a week you will have done seven things towards achieving your goal. At the end of a year you will have done many things towards your goal.
Do one thing.
That is a lot less intimidating than a huge list for me.
