This is the first episode of our new podcast, [Conversations with Annie & Kate](https://womenswork.me/conversations-with-annie-kate/?ref=katecarruthers.com) \- our very kind guest is [Carol Duncan](https://www.carolduncan.net/carol-duncan/?ref=katecarruthers.com). She is a long time friend, Novacastrian Councillor, Twitter personality ([@carolduncan](https://twitter.com/carolduncan?ref=katecarruthers.com), and former ABC radio personality. Enjoy :)

A huge thank-you to Carol for taking a punt and agreeing to be our first guest.

We had a wide-ranging discussion that included cancel culture, the challenges of reinventing oneself in mid-life, and the slowness of change in the workplace.
