Weirdly several people have wanted to talk about digital media with me over the last few days. It is very apt with the [AIMIA Digital Media Summit](http://www.informa.com.au/ibcoz/marlin/system/render.jsp?MarlinViewType=MARKT%5FEFFORT&siteid=30000000421&marketingid=20001582566&proceed=true&MarEntityId=10025710352&entHash=254a4a1f5&ref=katecarruthers.com) so close (I cannot attend as so many of our digital projects are launching in September).   
  
It made me stop to consider digital media and the way it is all converging. Several years ago everyone was talking about convergence, but the technology had not caught up with the idea. Now the technology is almost ready to support the idea.
