I was listening to the ABC Radio on the way home the other night and heard a conversation between Counterpoint's Michael Duffy and Jennifer Marohasy, a biologist and senior fellow of Melbourne-based think tank the [Institute of Public Affairs](http://www.ipa.org.au/?ref=katecarruthers.com). Now many think that the IPA is a neo-con front, but it was a seriously interesting set of data under discussion.
